Addition at second floor level, replacement windows

No objection to issuance of permit for proposed addition at second floor level and replacement of existing miss-matched windows with Marvin all-wood Ultimate double-hung replacement windows with 7/8-inch Simulated Divided-Lites and half-screens as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 6 September 2005. Existing exterior doors and light fixtures will remain and be repaired. Working drawings conform to approved concept. See previous Recommendation (OG 05-180). Note is made that permit application is pending final Zoning review. Any modifications to the approved design as a result of further review in the permit process must be submitted to the Commission for approval.
