No objection to issuance of permit for proposed regrading of site in coordination with work for proposed new rowhouses and restoration work of Wormley School which received general concept approval. See previous Recommendation (OG 05-283). File new submission of working drawings with permit application for sheeting and shoring of school and alley walls prior to grading work near these areas to protect walls during regrading.
