The Commission regrets that the application of tiles to the base of the storefront was completed without review of permit. Recommend AGAINST issuance of permit for existing alterations to storefront. The tiles must be removed no later than 31 March 2007 with the base material repaired and painted to match storefront. Note is made that signs on awning and above entry door were installed without review or permit. File new permit application with drawings for sign scheme, including details and dimensions, for review by the Commission by the 15 March 2007 deadline.
