The Commission regrets that the work was begun without review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for proposed relocation of existing awnings below transom windows, for recovering of awnings with Sunbrella fabric color 4683 Parchment, and for signs with 8-inch high lettering reading 'Intermix' limited to the valance of each awning. Proposed work conforms to previous recommendations under case OG 06-174. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
