No objection to issuance of permit for existing sign composed of 12-inch high back-lit letters reading 'Artefacto' installed on the historic facade. The oversized internally-illuminated sign box on new building, which is inappropriate to the historic district, was NOT approved and must be removed no later than 30 June 2007. The Commission regrets that the permit for the oversized and back-lit signs was issued incorrectly prior to and without Commission's review or approval. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
