The Commission regrets that work on windows was completed prior to review or permit. No objection to issuance of permit for existing alterations to windows at second floor level, for added skylight and roof vents, and for proposed steel stairs and balconies at rear. Note: Because application is pending final zoning review, any subsequent modifications to the approved design must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval.
