No objection to concept design for proposed revisions to approved concept for rear addition and separate residential structure in rear yard as shown in supplemental drawings received and dated 18 November 2004. See previous Recommendation (OG 04-157). Recommend further study and favorable resolution of drainage. Coordinate work along property line with proposed work for Addison School. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions and material samples, with permit application for review by the Commission when ready.
