AGENDA ITEM EXHIBIT: No objection to the concept for proposed addition and renovations to existing single family dwelling as shown in supplemental information received and dated 20 February 2003. The Commission recommends further study with regard to materials and glazing and encourages the applicant to continue dialogue with the adjacent neighbors and the Advisory Neighborhood Commission. File new submission of working drawings, including dimensions, details, material samples and cut sheets with new permit application for review by the Commission when ready. Note is made that application is pending final zoning review which should be completed prior to further review by the Commission.
