Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear yard, including replacement wood fences with horizontal boards, metal walkway, stone terrace on a sand and gravel base, landscaping, and for new brick garden walls with wood gate and paving of parallel parking pad with permeable pavers to match the color of the brick on the alley as shown in supplemental drawings dated 26 March 2014. Wood fences and gate must be painted or stained. No alterations to the front yard are included in the approved scope of work under this permit, which is limited to work at rear of property only. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
