No objection to issuance of permit for proposed 72 inches x 16 inches woven fabric banner with lettering no taller than 3 ½ inches reading "Artist Proof Gallery" and emblem as shown in supplemental drawings dated 27 March 2014. Vinyl covering of the banner is not appropriate to the historic district and was not approved. Banner will not be illuminated. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
