Recommendation
No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement of rear windows with Pella Architect Series all–wood windows with ILT simulated divided lite muntins to match lite pattern of existing windows, wood mullions and half–screens as shown in supplemental information dated 21 April 2014 which indicate 4/2 window replaced with 4/4 window to match others. Recommend applicant file a new submission at DCRA of detailed and dimensioned drawings with a permit application for the replacement of the windows on the rear ell with historically appropriate double–hung windows for review by the Commission. The windows on the front facade were not included in the scope of work under this permit. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
