No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to pool house, including metal roof with skylight, French doors and wood piers on south facade, and alterations to mechanical room, as shown in drawings dated 12 May 2014 which indicate French doors without transoms and mechanical equipment in back yard relocated to less prominent location. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
