The Commission regrets that the rear addition, as built, does not conform to the approved design; that the rooftop mechanical equipment was placed where it is visible from a public thoroughfare, and that awnings and signs were not installed per the approved designs. No objection to issuance of permit for rear addition as shown in supplemental drawings dated 15 August 2014 which indicate a metal screen in front of the rooftop mechanical equipment, and for a shed awning and one sign as shown in supplemental drawings dated __ September 2014. Erect a sample panel of metal screen on site for approval by the Old Georgetown Board prior to ordering materials. Remedial work to be completed no later than 3 months after mock up is approved. No objection to issuance of public space permit for proposed sidewalk cafe with two tables and four chairs as shown in supplemental drawings dated 15 August 2014. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
