Replace terra cotta tile on roof

No objection to issuance of permit to remove terra cotta tiles on mansard roof and towers install new underlayment and built-in copper gutters and downspouts. Re-install original terra cotta tiles, any necessary replacement tiles to be located at rear of towers. Existing metal flat roofs at two projecting bays to be replaced with new copper roofs. Ornamental metal work to be repaired in-kind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re-submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
