No objection to issuance of permit for proposed three story rear addition and alterations as shown in supplemental drawings dated 25 August 2014 PROVIDED the new all–wood casement windows on the front facade are single–glazed. File new submission at DCRA with detailed drawings for replacement of vinyl windows on front facade with single–glazed all–wood windows to match dimensions and profile of original single–glazed wood windows found on the adjacent houses on the row. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re–submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
