No objection to issuance of permit for proposed replacement wood windows. New windows will match detailing of existing windows and will be painted, which is a compatible finish for the historic district, as previously recommended (see OG 12−024). Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be re−submitted to the Commission for approval prior to issuance of permit.
