In its meeting of 22 January, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, the concept design for the new Kenilworth Recreation Center, which includes the renovation of a portion of the existing Kenilworth Elementary School, located at 1300 44th Street, NE.
