No objection to the issuance of a permit for accessibility modifications to an existing building for Bank of America, including a new ramp and railing in public space and a replacement entrance door, as shown in materials received and dated 7 February 2014 and supplemental materials received and dated 18 May 2015. Recommend that the transom above the entrance door and side light be a single light and that the address number be centered in this light. Refer to DC Public Space. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
