Staff notes with regret that the construction of the proposed work has been largely completed without the issuance of a permit and without CFA review, and that a stop work order was issued. No objection to the enclosure of an existing carport to become a garage, as shown in materials received and dated 6 July 2015 and supplemental materials received and dated 9 July 2015. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
