Recommendation

The Commission regrets that vinyl logos and flag pole hardware were installed without review or approval. No objection to issuance of permit for two flat-top awnings flanking main entrance per supplemental drawings received 9 September 2015, PROVIDED flag hardware and logos on windows are removed by 31 October 2015. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
