No objection to concept design for proposed alterations, including replacement of multi-light window sashes on front facade with 1/1 all-wood sashes sized to fit masonry opening, alterations to rear for new fenestration, new raised rear terrace, re-paving of rear yard with permeable pavers on a sand and gravel base, and removal of roll-up garage door for new metal folding doors at alley PROVIDED front window well is deleted, detailing of rear elevation is refined, and light fixtures of a compatible style are proposed. File new submission at DCRA of working drawings, including details, dimensions, cut-sheets and product literature, with permit application for review by the Commission.
