No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to rear, 6- feet-tall replacement wood fence, brick terrace and wood deck per supplemental drawings received 1 March 2016 which indicate that brick terrace is permeable on a sand and gravel base, and the planting area is located around three sides of the deck. File new submission of working drawings, including details, dimensions, cut-sheets and landscape plan, with permit application for review by the Commission.
