No objection to issuance of permit for proposed marquee and sign comprised of letters no taller than 8 inches reading "Morton's the steakhouse" per drawings received 24 March 2016 which indicate that wall mounted sign and light fixtures would be removed PROVIDED that the proposed up-lighting for the letters would not also illuminate the wall and that no electric conduit is visible. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
