No objection to concept design for proposed demolition of non-contributing two-story gable structure on M Street and for new two-story glass and brick flat roof addition, and fenestration and veneer alterations to existing seven-story brick structure with new entrance on 30th Street, enlarged mechanical penthouses per drawings received 20 April 2016. Recommend further study of easternmost bay on M Street. File new concept submission at DCRA during design development with complete dimensions including mechanical penthouses and materials for review by the Commission.
