No objection to issuance of permit for two 9-inch tall illuminated pin-mounted channel letters reading Tuckernuck, and 2-inch tall vinyl letters on glass per supplemental drawings received ___ June 2016, which indicate metal logo at pier was removed from application. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
