No objection to issuance of permit for proposed repair of wood cornice with minimal replacement of missing parts, and replacement of roof and skylight per drawings received ___ June 2016 which indicate that front roof is replaced with a standing seam metal roof with traditional detailing. The Commission regrets that ductwork is exposed on face of south elevation. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
