No objection to the issuance of a permit for the construction of new and replacement retaining walls, part of the renovation and reconstruction of an existing playground, as shown in materials received and dated 8 July 2016 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 July 2015. See concurrent submission SL 16-147 for playground renovation. Refer to DDOT Urban Forestry Administration. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
