Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of new panel antennas for T-Mobile on the roof of an existing building, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2016, PROVIDED that the antennas be mounted at least 12" lower than the top of the penthouse wall behind, and PROVIDED that the antennas and their support structures be painted to match the penthouse behind. Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of screening walls in front of the antennas, as shown in materials received and dated 2 September 2016, due to their incompatibility with the architectural language of the Watergate office building.
