In its meeting of 20 October, the Commission of Fine Arts approved, based on its prior review of the submission materials, a concept design for a new school building for Orr Elementary School, located at 2200 Minnesota Avenue, SE.
The Commission encourages the design team to continue to consult with the staff in preparing the submission of the final design for review.
