No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to front stoop and replacement of rear gate, per drawings received 23 March 2017, PROVIDED for front stoop existing sandstone treads are examined to see if they can be flipped and reused in consultation with Staff, and reconstructed handrail is of a straight design without the curved return detail at first tread. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
