No objection to issuance of permit for repair and replacement of existing 4ft x 6ft-3in balcony, per supplemental drawings received 23 March 2017, which indicate that baluster would be repaired and reinstalled, existing wood decking would be replaced with composite decking, and structural elements and railing would be replaced to match existing in material, design, and dimensions. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
