No objection to the proposed relocation of the Larry Kirkland Red Cross sculpture and two "history" benches from 2023 E Street, NW to Red Cross Square. A new plaza at the intersection of 18th and E Streets, NW will be constructed to provide a setting for the sculpture, and the history benches will be relocated along the north side of the existing flagstone walkway that crosses the center of the square, as shown in materials received and dated 1 June 2017.
