No objection to the permit revision for the number and locations of the geothermal wells, per supplemental drawings received 18 May 2017 and an arborist's letter of support, received 9 June 2017, which indicate that the wells would be increased from ten to twelve in number and would be shifted more toward the central southern portion of the yard. Note that the Foundation for the Preservation of Historic Georgetown holds an easement on this property. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
