No objection to issuance of permit for site work and window replacement, which was completed prior to review, per drawings received 19 June 2017, which indicate concrete steps at the front entrance, brick paving at the front yard, and flagstone and fountain at the rear yard. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
