Recommend AGAINST the issuance of a permit for the installation of one replacement panel antenna and three replacement remote radio units at an existing rooftop cellular facility for AT&T, as shown in materials received and dated 5 May 2017 and supplemental materials received and dated 15 May 2017. The original installation of the cellular antennas and "stealth" enclosures was made without CFA review and with no record of a building permit, and they are inappropriately visible from Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Forward a new submission for the relocation of all antennas to less visible locations when ready. Refer to National Capital Planning Commission.
