No objection to the issuance of a revised permit for modifications to an existing house and site, including the repair and partial replacement of the existing front lead walk, curb, and steps to the sidewalk, and for modifications to the rear yard of the house, including the construction of a new parking pad, pavers, and overhead door, as shown in materials received and dated 6 October 2017 and supplemental materials received and dated 16 October 2017 and 30 October 2017. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
