No objection to issuance of permit for installation of two LED price signs within the existing corner sign, per drawings received 29 August 2017, PROVIDED the LED red lights be maintained at a 2% level and the light sensor be permanently deactivated. Please note that this work was completed prior to review or approval, and that the existing sign did not change in size. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
