No objection to issuance of permit for proposed alterations to rear fenestration, window replacement, alterations to front porch, and interior alterations, per drawings received 13 October 2017, which indicate that the interior staircase is to be retained. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
