No objection to concept design for proposed alterations to side and rear elevations, interior alterations, and alterations to front yard, per drawings received 13 October 2017, PROVIDED that only alteration to side elevation is replacement of first floor kitchen door with window, that alteration to rear elevation at first floor keeps to the existing opening size of the bay window, and that alterations to front yard keep drive paths to widths of vehicles with additional green pavers added. File new submission at DCRA of construction drawings, with permit application for review by the Commission.
