No objection to issuance of permit for fence replacement at rear yard, per supplemental drawings received 18 December 2017, which indicate the new fence shall be a 7-feet-tall, capped, cedar fence that will stretch along the north side property line from the house to the shed, PROVIDED post caps are wood or metal instead of vinyl. The horizontal structural members shall face inside the yard, and the fence shall be shared by both 1240 and 1242 29th Street. Note that the existing fence at the rear property line shall remain. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
