No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to an existing office building, including the installation of replacement railings at the 10th and penthouse levels, replacement glazing at the 10th floor, replacement roofing, a new ramp at the 10th floor, and new screen walls, a shading structure, and roof terrace improvements at the penthouse level, not including uplights at the penthouse exterior walls, as shown in materials received and dated 6 April 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 18 April 2018. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
