No objection to issuance of permit for repair of existing wood fence at rear to match existing and installation of additional wood fencing along western side property line at rear parking pad, per drawings received 24 April 2018, PROVIDED the fence is a solid, capped, vertical-board wood fence that does not extend beyond the front facade of 2710 Poplar Street. The fence must be the same height as the existing fences on the property, and the horizontal support boards must face towards 2710 Poplar Street. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
