No objection to issuance of permit for installation of 25' by 10'-2" temporary vinyl banner, which would wrap the northeast corner of the middle wing of the building, per supplemental drawings received 20 April 2018, PROVIDED the banner is installed at mortar joints with lead anchors (no expansion anchors), would be removed 31 December 2018, and holes in mortar are repaired upon removal. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
