No objection to concept design for site work, per drawings received 21 May 2018, which includes the incorporation of more greenery, fencing, trash enclosure, a raised walkway, a water feature, stand-alone signage, and removal of unsightly chain-link fencing, PROVIDED the "T" terminus of the walkway is removed, the fence is no taller than 4-feet, and street trees are planted at the curb on 35th Street. Note that the included signage was conceptually approved for location, not for design, but Option A was preferred. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
