No objection to concept design for alterations at the front elevations, per drawings received 25 May 2018, which indicate removal of existing top landing at front entrance, replacement of garage door to match existing, and replacement of windows with 9-over-9 single-glazed, double-hung, true-divided-lite, wood windows, PROVIDED the existing front entrance system is retained and Option 2B without light is utilized. File permit submission at DCRA with detailed and dimensioned drawings for review by the Commission.
