No objection to the concept for a new vestibule in public space at a relocated entrance and for an enclosed sidewalk cafe in public space, as shown in materials received and dated 4 May 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 8 June 2018, 19 June 2018, and 22 June 2018. Previously proposed canvas canopy extending from the new vestibule removed from scope of work. Note: This is a concept approval only. When ready, submit the permit drawings and a permit application to DCRA for review by the Commission.
