No objection to issuance of permit for new vertical-board fence and pedestrian gate at rear yard, per drawings received 21 June 2018, which indicate that the existing posts would be reused and the new boards would be installed on the outside of the posts, PROVIDED the proposed fence extends no higher than 6-feet. Note that site work, parking pad, and vehicular gate were not submitted with this application and are not part of this approval. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
