No objection to issuance of permit for three-story rear addition, skylights, new window well at the front, and rear site work, including relocation of rear fence line, per drawings received 7 September 2018, which indicate that no deck would be installed, chimney would be retained, windows and doors would be wood, the guardrail at the rear would be installed at the mortar joints, and a grate would be installed at the front window well (no railing). A separate application for solar panels will be submitted at a later time. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval prior to the issuance of a permit.
