Recommendation
No objection to the issuance of a permit for modifications to existing masonry openings and the installation of new and replacement windows, doors, and louvers at the ground floor of the south-facing courtyard of an existing building, in order to convert an existing boiler room to habitable units, as shown in materials received and dated 7 September 2018 and supplemental materials received and dated 17 September 2018. Refer to DC Historic Preservation Office. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
