Recommendation

No objection to the issuance of a permit for the installation of three replacement panel antennas, three new panel antennas, and three new remote radio heads at an existing penthouse for Sprint, as shown in materials received and dated 7 September 2018, PROVIDED that all Clearwire antennas, supporting structure, and wiring be removed in their entirety, PROVIDED that all new and replacement antennas be installed so that no portion of the antenna extends above the top of the penthouse wall, and PROVIDED that all antennas and supporting structure be painted to match the penthouse wall behind. Note: Any subsequent modifications to the approved design, including those made during DCRA technical review, must be resubmitted to the Commission for approval.
